You’ll sit right at the intersection of customers, quantum hardware, R&D and commercial strategy.

What we're looking for:
PhD in Quantum Computing / Quantum Physics
Strong experience with superconducting and/or semiconductor qubits
Genuine hands-on experimental experience with RF, microwaves, DC equipment, cryostats and QPUs
Proven experience managing technical/scientific teams, including performance and development
Strong enough technically to earn the trust of quantum scientists and commercially minded enough to understand what matters to customers
Excellent English communication and presentation skills
You don't need to come from a traditional sales background.
You do need the curiosity and communication skills to turn highly complex quantum problems into decisions that customers, product teams and commercial stakeholders can act on.
