Job summary

Jump Trading Group is seeking talented students for a 10-week quant research internship designed to build your quantitative and programming skills and reveal what it’s like to work as a full-time quant researcher at Jump.

Interns will contribute as a team across roles including quantitative researcher, data scientist, algorithmic trader, and software developer, rotating through projects, mentored by senior researchers and traders.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in programming and quantitative analysis.
• Experience in statistics and data mining is a plus.
• Current undergrad or graduate student in CS, Math, Physics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models and automated trading strategies for live trading.
• Rotate across trading teams and work on projects with mentorship.
• Apply machine learning, statistics, and data analysis to research process.
