You spend a lot of time writing code and creating systems that can handle complex data and complex processes. The work entails a combination of technical and practical aspects to find the best solutions for our trading strategies. To do so, you ask the right questions, analyse the projects, do your research, backtest and implement solutions. You will have the opportunity to work closely with top-tier traders and senior professionals to develop state-of-the-art solutions that meet our needs.

Who are you

Whether you are about to graduate and eager to apply your academic excellence, or already an experienced professional ready to tackle complex challenges, we tailor our expectations to your experience level. We value a well‑rounded approach to talent assessment. While we have baseline expectations for academic performance, we understand that grades alone do not fully capture a candidate's potential or abilities. Therefore, we also welcome applicants who demonstrate exceptional skills, experience, or achievements in other areas that complement or compensate for slightly lower academic grades.
