Job summary

JDE Peet’s is seeking a Quality Manufacturing Systems Lead to drive the Quality pillar of our continuous improvement program. You will coach teams, benchmark plant quality performance, and identify opportunities for improvement across sites.

Key responsibilities include developing Quality KPIs, standardizing equipment, and supporting calibration and verification efforts. The role requires travel 30–40% and a strong background in quality and food safety within manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor / Master or equivalent in analytical science, chemistry, food technology or engineering.
• Applied knowledge of quality and food safety standards (ISO / FSSC 22000, IFS, HACCP).
• Knowledge of SAP, manufacturing systems and digital knowledge management systems.
• Ability to manage and develop the skills of others to help them perform at their best.
• Proven organizational and project management skills and facilitation in process development and CAPA management.
• Over 5 years’ experience in cross-functional teams within international settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality pillar of JDE Peet’s continuous improvement program across sites.
• Interact across the supply chain to promote a proactive quality culture.
• Develop and deploy Quality KPIs, MOS standards, systems and problem-solving tools.
• Standardize and optimize analytical equipment across sites, including calibration and verification.
• Act as project expert for Central Engineering and Factory program managers on inline measurement and digital applications.
• Travel between manufacturing locations 30–40% of the time.
