The Position

As a Quality Program Manager, you play a key role in strengthening our integrated, ISO-based management system and driving our High Five for Quality programme. You work closely with teams across the organisation to ensure compliance, improve processes and embed a strong quality culture.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Drive and further develop the High Five for Quality programme.
  • Manage, maintain and enhance our ISO-certified management system.
  • Lead internal audits, management reviews and improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with and coach teams to embed quality in daily operations.
About You

You are passionate about quality, standardisation and continuous improvement. With strong communication skills and a structured mindset, you know how to inspire others and bring quality performance to the next level.

You also bring:

  • Experience with ISO standards and management system processes.
  • A proactive, people-oriented and structured working style.
  • Strong project management and communication skills (PMP, IPMA or similar).
  • Preferably experience in construction, contracting or offshore energy.
