Job summary

Roveg zoekt een QC Officer/Quality Inspector voor onze locatie in Waddinxveen. Je werkt in een enthousiast team aan een gevarieerde selectie exotisch fruit, groenten en verse producten. Je bewaakt en rapporteert de productie- en opslagkwaliteit en bereidt kwaliteitsrapporten voor.

Je inspeelt op klantenspecificaties en ondersteunt het commerciële team door de kwaliteitsniveau van producten duidelijk te communiceren. Werken in een no-nonsense cultuur met afwisselende diensten behoort tot de rol.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in kwaliteitscontrole binnen de AGF-sector vereist.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
• Bereidheid tot dienst- en ploegendienst (roterende uren).

Responsibilities

• Toezicht houden op kwaliteit in het productie- en verwerkingsproces.
• Inspecteren van producten volgens klantenspecificaties en rapportages opstellen.
• Ondersteunen van verkoop en productie bij kwaliteitsbeoordelingen.
• Geven van instructies aan productie om output aan klantvereisten te laten voldoen.
• Uitvoeren van eindcontrole voordat producten het magazijn verlaten.

QC Officer We are looking for a Quality Inspector for our location in Waddinxveen. Do you have an eye for detail and plenty of energy? Would you like to work in an enthusiastic and informal team with a no-nonsense mentality? Then come work with us. What will you do? As a Quality Inspector at Roveg Fruit, you work at the heart of a broad and diverse assortment of exotic fruits, vegetables, and fresh produce. Beautiful products arrive daily from all over the world and must continue their journey through our warehouse, production department, and ultimately to the customer. The Production Quality Inspector is an essential link between the ripening process, order picking, and the repacking department. You monitor and assess the quality of the production process and prepare quality reports. These reports cover production quality and, when necessary, stock quality. You inspect products according to customer specifications to ensure they meet all requirements. Using your expertise, you assess product quality so that the sales team can correctly advise customers. You support the commercial department by clearly indicating the quality level of the products, contributing to the marketability of our assortment. You also provide instructions to the production department to ensure that the final output (repacking, packaging, sorting, labeling) meets customer requirements. As a specialist in retail specifications, you share responsibility for the final quality check before products leave the warehouse.

Who are you?

• Experience in quality control within the fresh produce (AGF) sector
• Minimum MBO+ level of education and thinking
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Dutch and/or English, spoken and written
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts
