Job summary

Frencken Machining seeks a Quality Manager to lead QA/QC across Eindhoven and Reuver, driving standardization and prevention-focused quality improvements on the shop floor.

You will partner with Production, Engineering and Supply Chain to reduce waste, enhance process capability and strengthen supplier and customer quality. A Lean mindset and hands-on leadership style are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality Management.
• Several years leading QA/QC teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.

You will work closely with production, engineering, suppliers, and customers to continuously improve the quality performance and implement a continuous improvement way of working.We are looking for a leader who is visible on the shop floor, builds strong relationships, challenges existing processes when needed, and helps the organization stay ahead of potential quality issues. You are customer focused, combine quality expertise with a Lean mindset and are passionate about driving sustainable improvements throughout the business. **What You Will Do*** Lead and develop the Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams in Eindhoven and Reuver.* Align the both sites and create one standard way of working* Drive a culture where quality is everyone's responsibility and prevention is valued over correction.* Identify quality risks early and ensure actions are taken before they impact customers, production, or suppliers.* Lead continuous improvement and Lean initiatives that reduce waste, improve process capability, and deliver sustainable results.* Work closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen quality performance.* Build strong partnerships internally and with suppliers and customers to ensure consistent quality standards throughout the supply chain.* Maintain and further develop the Quality Management System and ensure compliance with customer and industry requirements. **What You Bring*** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field.* Several years of experience in a quality management role within a manufacturing environment, preferably semicon.* Experience in leading Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams in a technical production environment.* Able to develop a clear vision on the quality organization end execute on that vision* Strong knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, continuous improvement methodologies, and lean principles.* Experience working with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a practical, hands-on approach.* Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization. **Who You Are**You are someone who naturally looks ahead and asks, *\"How can we prevent this?\"* rather than *\"How do we fix this?\"*You enjoy working with people, are comfortable challenging the status quo, and know how to turn data and insights into meaningful improvements.
