Job summary

Qualifications

• HBO degree with 5 years' experience in an investigation lead, quality engineer, or similar pharma role.
• English B2 level is required.
• Computer proficiency: intermediate MS Office, routine data analysis, specialist business applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage quality investigations, document findings, and drive CAPA/change controls.
• Review operations documentation and ensure compliant quality records.
• Maintain procedures and update documentation per regulatory changes and audits.
• Conduct GEMBA walks to observe GMP adherence and identify improvements.
• Escalate risks and support continuous quality improvement projects.
