Job summary

Destinus is seeking a Quality Inspector to join the production team on the floor, working with state-of-the-art defense aerospace technology. You will be the last line of defense, inspecting components and processes to ensure reliability and conformance.

Responsibilities include identifying defects, troubleshooting root causes with production and engineering, and documenting results to support continuous improvement. Fluent English and Dutch are required for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in aerospace, automotive, or high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and inspection methods.
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to spot imperfections.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, quality systems, and reporting procedures.
• English and Dutch language proficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Be the Guardian of Quality: Inspect aerospace components, assemblies, and processes to ensure everything is up to spec - no compromises.
• Find and Fix: Identify defects, troubleshoot root causes, and work hand-in-hand with production and engineering teams to solve problems before they take flight.
• Raise the Bar: Help us improve our inspection processes, finding smarter, faster ways to maintain top-tier quality without slowing down progress.
• Document the Journey: Record inspection results and generate reports - because quality isn't just what we do, it's what we prove.

What You’ll Need

Must-Have

• Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in aerospace, automotive, or high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and inspection methods.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with non-destructive testing (NDT).
