Job summary

Geris in Nederweert seeks a Quality Support Employee to keep quality information up to date and accessible. You will handle supplier documents, certificates and product specifications, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up across the Dutch market and abroad.

You will respond to quality questions from customers and suppliers, take ownership, and coordinate with colleagues in Quality and other departments to drive improvements and maintain a high data standard.

Qualifications

• At least MBO-level education and relevant work experience.
• A relevant qualification in food/quality or related experience.
• Ability to manage and organize quality information accurately.
• Good command of Dutch and English; clear communication with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
• Detail-oriented with an proactive approach to missing or incorrect information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supplier documents, certificates and product specs; ensure information is complete and up-to-date.
• Handle questionnaires, customer inquiries and quality-related questions; take ownership.
• Request documents from suppliers and verify information; log in correct systems.
• Flag gaps or inefficiencies and collaborate with Quality and other departments.
