Job summary

HQ Pack, a leading packaging and logistics provider, is seeking a Logistics Checklist Employee to support quality control in the material handling process. You will check items against predefined checklists and ensure adherence to strict quality standards, with emphasis on accuracy and documentation.

The role offers a stable, long-term contract, a 2-shift schedule (06:00-15:00 and 15:00-24:00), and a pathway for growth within a professional team.

Qualifications

• English level B1 minimum is mandatory.
• Good reading and understanding skills are required.
• Accurate, quality-focused working style is essential.
• Able to follow checklists and work instructions carefully.
• Previous logistics experience is not required.
• Willing to work in a 2-shift system.
• EU citizenship is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Check packaging and materials according to predefined checklists.
• Verify items meet required quality and logistics standards.
• Register completed checks and report deviations when necessary.
• Prepare checked materials for next stage of logistics.
• Follow work instructions accurately and consistently.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
