Job summary

Sinclair is seeking a Quality Control Specialist at our Almere office in the Netherlands. You will perform QC testing across chemical, physical, and microbiological methods in line with SOPs, support method development, CAPA activities and weekly QC planning as a backup to the Supervisor.

The role requires an MBO diploma in Chemistry, Biology, or Life Sciences, and proficiency in English and Dutch, with strong documentation and teamwork skills. This is an on-site position located in Almere.

Qualifications

• MBO diploma in Chemistry, Biology or Life Sciences.
• Proven QC testing experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in English and Dutch (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Perform QC testing (chemical, physical, microbiological) in full accordance with SOPs.
• Assist in method development, verification/validation, and QC projects.
• Support CAPA and root-cause investigations, including non-conformity records.
• Coordinate weekly QC planning when backup to the Supervisor.
• Train and mentor colleagues on QC test methods.
• Keep work instructions up to date and ensure data integrity.
