Job summary

Budbee Oy is seeking a Quality Control Associate to join the Central Operations team in the Netherlands. The role involves monitoring delivery quality, onboarding drivers, and driving continuous improvements.

You will work from our Vianen warehouse, analyze daily route data, and translate findings into concrete actions to elevate service quality. The position requires Dutch fluency and good English, with a dynamic, proactive mindset and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and professional English communication required.
• Able to read data and translate into actions.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Attend/lead weekly quality measurements at the terminal with transport partners (first, middle, last-mile).
• Structure data and create an overview of driver quality.
• Follow up on Traffic Control reports regarding route incidents.
• Train drivers to meet Budbee standards.
• Check if a driver meets Budbee requirements to work for us.
• Improve the training process for drivers and onboarding.
• Perform spot checks on drivers upon return to the terminal.
• Be present during morning check-in, assist, and gather feedback from drivers.
• Roll out new app improvements: communicate, train, draft emails, and inform couriers.
