Job summary

Precision Partner zoekt een Quality Assurance Engineer in Eindhoven voor dagdienst. Je fungeert als eerste contactpersoon voor klanten over kwaliteit en implementeert klant- en wettelijke normen. Je behandelt klachten volgens 8D en ontwikkelt kwaliteitsplannen voor bestaande en nieuwe producten.

Je werkt aan KPI-trendanalyse, PDCA/ DMAIC-initiatieven en werkt mee aan de verschuiving van reactief naar preventief kwaliteitswerk binnen het team.

Qualifications

• Gepromoveerde HBO-opleiding in engineering of gelijkwaardig.
• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een precisie-mechanica- of mechatronica-omgeving.
• Bekend met FMEA, 8D en controleplannen.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt of Black Belt is een pluspunt.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk.
• Proactief, analytisch en klantgericht; overtuigend met sterke communicatie.

Responsibilities

• Eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten op het gebied van kwaliteit.
• Toepassen van kwaliteitsnormen op basis van klant en regelgeving.
• Behandelen van klachten volgens 8D en tijdig implementeren.
• Opstellen van kwaliteitsplannen voor bestaande en nieuwe producten.
• Beheren van kwaliteits-KPI's via trendanalyses en PDCA/ DMAIC.

You make sure quality standards from the customer and from legislation and regulations are properly implemented, and you handle customer complaints correctly and on time according to 8D.
