Job summary

Flex is seeking a quality-minded professional to support the development of our Quality Framework and assist the internal audit team. You will help maintain tools like eQMS, analyze quality data, and contribute to continuous improvement across the organization. The role reports to the Sr.

Quality Assurance Coordinator and collaborates with Quality Engineers and Quality Controllers. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, fluent in Dutch and English, and able to work accurately with stakeholders

• Intermediate to higher professional working level.
• Interest in learning ISO standards and Quality Management Systems.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and oral).
• Willingness to ask questions and learn from stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support internal audits through coordination, preparation, reporting and participating as an internal auditor.
• Assist in maintaining Quality management tools (eQMS).
• Collect, analyze, and prepare data on quality performance (KPIs, assessments, complaints, audit follow-up).
• Provide general support on quality guidelines and procedures; help improve Quality procedures.
• Support GAP analyses regarding ISO standards and follow-up on improvement actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and raise quality awareness.

Job Summary At Flex, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who is eager to learn and passionate about quality, customer satisfaction, compliance, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will support the development of our Quality Framework and help maintain the tools we use across the organization. You will also assist our internal audit team, help with basic administration of Quality tools (Compliance Quest), support analysis and reporting activities, and contribute to various department projects. What you’ll do

• Support internal audits through coordination, preparation, reporting and participating as an internal auditor.
• Support and maintaining Quality management tools (eQMS)
• Help collect, analyze, and prepare data on quality performance (KPIs, assessments, complaints, audit follow-up).
• Provide general support to employees and management regarding quality guidelines and procedures. Assist in maintaining and improving Quality procedures and processes.
• Support GAP analyses regarding the ISO standards and regulations and assists following up on improvement actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help create more quality awareness in the organization and provide campus‑wide support where needed.

What you’ll need

• An intermediate to higher professional working and thinking level
• Knowledge of or interested in learning ISO standards and Quality Management Systems.
• Preferably some experience (e.g., internship or 0–2 years) in a quality‑minded or operational environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and oral).
• Willingness to ask questions, learn from stakeholders, and work constructively with others.
• A proactive attitude, eagerness to grow, and an analytical mindset.
• Ability to work accurately and see connections between processes.
