Job summary

BergWerk in Ermelo zoekt een junior inside sales representative. Vanuit ons kantoor in Ermelo werk je grotendeels zelfstandig en bouw je relaties op met klanten in de Benelux.

Je werkt samen met collega's, bezoekt klanten, bereidt offertes voor, onderhoudt data in CRM, volgt leads op en levert een bijdrage aan campagnes met marketing.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
• Goede Nederlandse en Engelse communicatie.
• Interesse in elektrotechniek of industriële automatisering.
• Graag bouwen aan relaties en in een klein team werken.

Responsibilities

• Prepareer en deel offertes met bestaande en nieuwe klanten.
• Volg leads op en onderhoud klantrelaties.
• Bezoek potentiële klanten in de Benelux.
• Onderhoud klantgegevens en verkoopprocessen in het CRM-systeem.
• Dreigende vragen doorsturen naar collega’s bij complexiteit.
• Deelnemen aan trainingen van leveranciers om oplossingen te leren.
• Samenwerken met marketing voor effectieve campagnes.

You'll work largely independently, but always in collaboration with your colleagues. From our office in Ermelo and occasionally at client sites, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships throughout the Benelux.

About the Position

• Prepare and share quotes with existing and new customers.
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Visiting (potential) customers in the Benelux.
• Maintaining customer data and sales processes in the CRM system.
• Forward technical questions to colleagues if they become too complex.
• Attend training sessions offered by suppliers to learn more about the solutions they provide.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns.
