• Review third-party quality and safety plans, instructions and procedures.
• Coordinate and/or deliver internal trainings on rail safety.
• Take on the role of head BHV (emergency response).

Job description

Voor de maintenance organisatie en eigenaar van de HSL, gevestigd in Dordrecht, zijn we op zoek naar een QHSE Officer.

Functie vereisten:

• Opleiding MVK
• Aanvullende opleiding interne auditor (norm ISO 9001)
• Kennis van relevante kwaliteitsmanagement- en veiligheidsnormen
• Kennis van / ervaring in de spoor, rail sector is een grote pre.
• Ervaring m.b.t. het opstellen van plannen, instructies en procedures

Kerntaken/verantwoordelijkheden:

• Ondersteunen en adviseren van de gehele organisatie op het gebied van kwaliteit, (arbeids)veiligheid en spoorwegveiligheid
• Uitvoeren van risico inventarisaties en –evaluaties (RIE)
• Uitvoeren van interne audits en veiligheidsinspecties
• Analyse en follow-up van meldingen
• Verzamelen van relevante QHSE management informatie
• Beoordelen van kwaliteits- en veiligheidsplannen, instructies en procedures van derden
• Verzorgen en/of regelen van relevante interne opleidingen en trainingen op gebied van (spoorweg)veiligheid
• Invullen van de rol hoofd BHV
