Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Qualified Person to provide QA oversight for Advanced Therapy products at the Sassenheim site. You will review investigations, CAPA activities and ensure GMP compliance for drug substances and processes, coordinating with Operations, QC, and global QA teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong English proficiency, and knowledge of cGMP/QMS. You will contribute to audit readiness and quality improvements across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biochemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical field or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English both in word and writing.
• Broad knowledge of QA systems (cGMP, GMP) and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides QA oversight to commercial and clinical AT products at the site.
• Leads investigations, CAPA and root cause reviews to ensure product quality.
• Supports inspections readiness and compliance communication with management.
