For an international pharmaceutical organization, we are looking for a QA Manager Third Party Manufacturing (TPM). In this role, you will be responsible for the quality oversight of a portfolio of external manufacturing partners across the EMEA region.

As many of the assigned manufacturing partners are located in France and other parts of Europe, it is important that you are fluent in both French and English and are comfortable travelling regularly to external manufacturing sites.

What will you do?

As QA Manager TPM, you will act as the main Quality partner for assigned third-party manufacturing sites. You will work closely with both external partners and internal stakeholders and will be responsible for maintaining and improving quality performance across the portfolio.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Leading Quality oversight of assigned third-party manufacturing partners
  • Monitoring supplier quality performance and driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Developing and following up on remediation and improvement plans
  • Managing quality reviews and supporting supplier compliance activities
  • Leading and/or overseeing investigations, CAPAs, change controls and quality risk assessments
  • Supporting GMP audits, regulatory inspections and other compliance activities
  • Reviewing, maintaining and following up on Quality Technical Agreements
  • Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Science & Technology and Commercial teams
  • Acting as QA Lead during product technology transfers, validation activities and new product introductions
  • Ensuring quality risks are identified, assessed and appropriately managed
  • Travelling regularly to third-party manufacturing sites in France and across Europe
What are we looking for?

We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented Quality professional who is comfortable working in an international and cross-functional environment.

You bring:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related scientific discipline
  • Approximately 5–8 years of relevant experience within Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Operations, Technical Support or Pharmaceutical Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and pharmaceutical quality systems
  • Experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Experience with sterile, liquid, solid dosage forms and/or APIs is considered relevant
  • Experience with investigations, CAPAs, change controls and quality risk management
  • The ability to work effectively across different functions and organizations
  • Strong communication, influencing and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent French and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to TPM sites in France and elsewhere in Europe
  • Leadership experience is considered an advantage
About the role

This is a broad Quality Assurance position in which you combine operational quality oversight with supplier management, compliance and continuous improvement.

You will work with multiple external manufacturing sites across EMEA and interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. This makes the role particularly suitable for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working independently and building strong quality partnerships.
