Momo Medical Inc. in Delft is looking for a Purchasing & Supply Specialist to ensure the right products are when and where they are needed.

You will manage orders from order to delivery, keep an overview of supplier activity and delivery dates, and negotiate with suppliers to optimize cost and lead times. You will identify shortages, seek opportunities to automate and streamline purchasing, and bring structure to processes while remaining practical.

Formación

• Experience in purchasing and supplier negotiations.
• Highly organized with ability to manage many orders simultaneously.
• Enjoy bringing structure to processes and helping a team work efficiently.
• Prefer practical solutions over perfect plans.
• Enjoy reflecting with the team on improvements.
• Proactive and follow up until tasks are completed.
• Dutch language plus good command of English.
• Experience with Exact Online Production is a plus.
• Available for 40 hours per week and office-based in Delft.

• Bring more structure and clarity to our purchasing processes while keeping things simple and practical.
• Organize team retrospectives to discuss what can be improved and turn ideas into small, actionable improvements.
• Work closely with Production, Finance and suppliers.

Purchasing & Supply Specialist – Because “Out of Stock” Is Not a Strategy

On-site | Delft, the Netherlands | 40 hours per week

As a Purchasing & Supply Specialist at Momo Medical, you make sure we keep caregivers around the world happy by ensuring the right products are always in the right place at the right time.

Your responsibilities

• You are highly organized and comfortable managing many orders at the same time.

• You enjoy bringing structure to processes and helping a team work more efficiently.

• You like to keep things simple: you make problems small, turn them into clear next steps and take action.

• You do not overcomplicate things. You prefer a practical solution that works over a perfect plan that takes forever.

• You enjoy reflecting with the team on how things can be improved.

• You are proactive and follow up until things are actually done.

• You speak Dutch and have a good command of English.

• Experience with Exact Online Production is nice to have.

• You are available for 40 hours per week and work from our office in Delft.
