DAF Trucks NV is seeking a Business Analyst intern in Eindhoven to benchmark Purchasing against industry best practices. You will analyze the current organization, systems, governance, and workflows, and interview key suppliers to benchmark against industry leaders.

• Pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
• Experience with qualitative research (interviews, analysis) is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
• Fluency in English; Dutch language is a plus.
• Comfort communicating with senior management and suppliers.
• Ability to work independently and structure workstreams.

Responsabilidades

• Benchmark DAF Purchasing against industry best practices.
• Develop interview questionnaires with Purchasing directors and Quality & Continuous Improvement teams.
• Plan, conduct, and document supplier interviews.
• Benchmark practices against industry leaders and derive gaps and opportunities.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations and an improvement roadmap.
• Present conclusions and recommendations to Purchasing management.
