Job summary

Motel One Group in Rotterdam is seeking a dedicated hotel cleaner to maintain clean public areas and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. You will uphold our cleaning standards and contribute to a high-quality guest experience.

As part of a multicultural team, you will support housekeeping, assist with linen tasks, and collaborate across departments to achieve shared results. Ideal candidates have experience in hotel or catering or are seeking a career change, with a strong eye for detail

Qualifications

• Ideally have professional experience in the hotel/catering and/or cleaning industry or be looking for a change of career.
• Pay attention to detail, ensuring that everything is kept clean and tidy
• Have an excellent sense of quality and service
• Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together

Responsibilities

• Upholding and implementing our Motel One cleaning standards
• Performing various tasks in communal areas and assisting Housekeeping staff, especially with linen
• Professionally and productively working with external cleaning contractors
• Gaining interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in our multicultural teams
