Fivoor in Poortugaal zoekt een psychiater voor hun afdeling forensische zorg. Je komt te werken in een multidisciplinair team en voert belangrijke taken uit zoals risicotaxaties en medicatie-instellingen. Qualifications

• Beschikbaar voor 16 tot 24 uur per week.

Responsibilities

Ben jij een psychiater met hart voor de GGZ én oog voor details? Ben je in staat goede balans te houden tussen gestructureerd werken + flexibel en creatief omgaan met een diversiteit aan vraagstukken?

Dit ga jij doen

Als psychiater op de AFZ werk je in een multidisciplinair team nauw samen met begeleiders, psychologen, GZ-psychologen, verpleegkundigen en maatschappelijk werkers. Alle collega's hebben hart voor de zorg en een passie voor de GGZ. Naast de reguliere caseload die je hebt als psychiater ben je ook inhoudelijk coach van medische mede-behandelaren zoals de somatische verpleegkundige en de ANIOS. Zaken zoals risicotaxaties, patiënten instellen op medicatie en signaleringsplannen zijn natuurlijk onderdeel van de functie. Daarnaast is diagnostiek ook onderdeel van je werk en is er de mogelijkheid om aan de slag te gaan als regiebehandelaar voor de patiënten die langdurig zijn opgenomen.

Hier kom jij te werken

De AFZ (Afdeling Forensische Zorg) biedt een vaste structuur aan de opgenomen cliënten binnen beveiligingsniveau 1 waarbij behandeling en begeleiding in het teken staat van herstel en terugdringen van de recidive in delict gedrag. Naast de patiënten die langdurig opgenomen zijn, beschikt de AFZ ook over een Detox afdeling met 7 bedden. Kortom, een dynamische en uitdagende doelgroep.

Dit ben jij

Om deze functie goed uit te kunnen voeren beschik jij over de volgende aspecten;

• Afgeronde opleiding tot Psychiater met een BIG registratie;
• Ben je 16 tot 24 uur per week beschikbaar;
• Affiniteit met onze doelgroep waar gecompliceerde forensische problematiek aan de orde van de dag is;
• Kennis van een dubbele of triple diagnose.
  
  
  

Als persoon wil jij graag kennis overdragen en een bijdrage leveren aan zorginhoudelijke ontwikkelingen binnen de afdeling. Jij bent communicatief vaardig, jij kan goed feedback geven, maar deze ook ontvangen. Verder houd jij jezelf op de hoogte van alle ontwikkelingen binnen jouw vakgebied en ben jij vernieuwend in wat je toepast binnen de eigen afdeling.

Ook psychiaters in opleiding die bijna klaar zijn met de opleiding worden nadrukkelijk uitgenodigd om te solliciteren.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens cao GGZ (en regeling AMS) en je bouwt pensioen op bij PFZW. Er bestaan tevens goede mogelijkheden in onderzoek te participeren en/of dit te initiëren.
