Job summary

WLG in Brunssum is seeking a contractor to run day-to-day protective security for a NATO communications and information services centre. The role covers physical, personnel, industrial and information security with on-site presence in Brunssum.

Responsibilities include access control, visitor management, security audits, and maintaining personnel records. The successful candidate will support security awareness and continuity planning while upholding high discretion and policy compliance.

You will run the day to day protective security of a NATO communications and information services centre in Brunssum, across physical, personnel, industrial and information security.

What You Will Be Doing

• Day to day administration of security operations: physical, personnel, industrial and business security
• Access control, visitor management, CIS security, emergency planning and response
• Maintaining personnel security records on the internal personnel management database
• Owning and running the security awareness programme for all centre personnel
• Conducting and supporting security audits and inspections
• Supporting COMSEC planning and cryptographic support activities
• Contributing to the business continuity and disaster recovery plan, and to health and safety activities

What you will need

• Hands-on protective security experience across more than one pillar, not a single speciality
• Comfort with security records, audits and inspections, and the documentation they generate
• Familiarity with security and information assurance policy in a formal environment
• The discretion the material demands
