Project Management & Consultancy
Within the Project Management & Consultancy advisory group, you will work in a team of more than 30 advisers and construction project managers, spanning several Dutch locations with Amersfoort as a central hub. The focus is on sustainable, future‑proof solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead simple projects independently and support senior colleagues on more complex assignments, covering maintenance, energy‑saving measures, renovation, redevelopment, new construction or temporary housing.
- Set up projects and ensure they run smoothly from design to execution within agreed parameters.
- Create clear project definitions and frameworks, paying attention to GROTIK aspects.
- Monitor progress and report on it, e.g. through decision‑making and phase documents.
- Advise on construction organization and procurement strategy; conduct market consultations and select architects, advisers and contractors.
- Guide the design process to ensure ideas remain practically viable.
- Organize and lead meetings at operational, tactical and strategic levels, ensuring decisions are documented.
- Direct the realization phase focusing on schedule, quality and budget.
- Place sustainability at the core of your approach and motivate and inspire others to create sustainable impact.
Qualifications
- HBO+ or WO in civil engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in project management/consulting for real‑estate projects.
- Passion for a healthier and more sustainable built environment.
- Experience with contracts and procurement procedures is an advantage.
- Excellent proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Entrepreneurial attitude: recognise opportunities and initiate solutions that truly meet client needs.
- Decisive and proactive: anticipate, act and ensure tasks are completed.
- Resilient, persuasive and analytical: sharp in analysis, consistent in execution and strong in presentation.
