Job summary

Driessen in Hellevoetsluis is seeking a projectleader for area development to advance housing construction and facilities, coordinating developers, housing associations, residents and other stakeholders toward concrete plans.

You will develop project plans, assemble multidisciplinary teams, oversee procurement when needed, align objectives and budgets with partners, lead project staff, monitor progress, and steer citizen participation within the projects.

Qualifications

• A completed HBO education or equivalent work experience in spatial planning, urban development, real estate or civil engineering.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project plans, form multidisciplinary project teams, and arrange tendering of works and services as needed.
• Coordinate frameworks, objectives and resources with developers and other stakeholders, including price agreements.
• Lead project staff, monitor progress, and report results.
