Job summary

Maison & Partners in Tilburg seeks a Project Leader to manage construction projects from planning to handover in the residential and utility sectors. You will lead internal and external teams, ensure timelines, budgets, quality and safety, and coordinate with clients and suppliers.

The role requires HBO or WO degree in Bouwkunde and at least five years of project leadership experience in complex building projects.

Qualifications

• HBO or WO degree in Bouwkunde or comparable field.
• 5+ years of experience as Project Leader in utility or complex housing projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets and phasing.
• Lead the project team including engineers, contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality, safety and environmental requirements across all phases.
• Maintain contact with clients, suppliers, architects and other stakeholders.
• Manage finances: variation orders, cost control, reporting of progress.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure smooth handover at completion with documentation and aftercare.
