Job summary

Herder Recruitment is seeking a Project Coordinator Mutatieonderhoud to manage maintenance projects in Noord-Brabant. You will plan, inspect, and coordinate on-site and office tasks, ensuring handover after tenant exits is smooth and timely.

With 1–2 years of maintenance experience, you communicate clearly, take ownership, and use a digital planning board to schedule trades. A driving license (B) is required; company car provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience (service/technical management/facility/real estate/maintenance coordination or equivalent)
• Strong communication, ability to keep overview and take ownership
• Digitally proficient, comfortable with planning tools

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the construction process to run smoothly
• Coordinate with housing associations regarding inspections, progress and handover
• Create work orders and schedule trades on a digital planning board
• Prepare quotes, process invoices and ensure quality
• Inspect on-site and identify defects
