Qualifications

• Extensive experience in offshore projects.

• Knowledge of IPMA and/or PRINCE2 methodologies is an advantage.

• Lead and manage offshore and onshore high-voltage projects across the Benelux region
• Plan and oversee maintenance campaigns for multiple wind farms
• Build and guide project teams, including permanent staff, external specialists, and subcontractors
• Inspire and develop team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration
• Ensure project delivery meets timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements
• Facilitate and chair internal and client meetings to align on progress and objectives
• Promote and enforce strict safety standards to guarantee a secure working environment on site

Qualifications

• Higher professional education (HBO) level with a background in electrical engineering
• Extensive experience in offshore projects
• Several years in a managerial role, such as Project Manager or Project Leader
• Knowledge of IPMA and/or PRINCE2 methodologies is an advantage
• Willingness to pursue additional training and certifications
• Proficiency in Dutch, German, and English
• Strong result orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and resilience under pressure
