Responsibilities

• Управление сроками, вехами и межведомственными задачами
• Перевод коммерческих соглашений в внутренние Brief-ы по упаковке, ценообразованию и логистике
• Контроль прогресса, устранение узких мест и задержек
• Обеспечение 95% OTIF по проектам
• Вы выступаете основным внутренним контактом для немецких клиентов по внедрению и сопровождению
• Подготовка продуктов и документации для клиентов с использованием Excel, BC и порталов
• Согласование спецификаций, запасов и сроков поставок с Buyer-отделами, Supply Chain и Quality
• Ведение обзоров проектов и еженедельной отчетности

• Coordinate execution of German key account projects, including launches, tenders, and seasonal deals
• Manage timelines, milestones, and cross-department deliverables
• Translate commercial agreements into internal briefs covering packaging, pricing, and logistics
• Monitor progress and escalade bottlenecks, delays, and deviations
• Ensure 95% OTIF project delivery
• Act as the main internal contact for German clients on implementation and follow-up
• Prepare product data and customer documentation using Excel, BC, and portals
• Align with Buying, Supply Chain, and Quality on specifications, stock, and lead times
• Maintain project overviews and provide weekly status reporting
