Job summary

ACE в Амстердаме ищет старшего проектного менеджера, который возьмёт на себя управление кампаниями и проектами с начала до выпуска. Вы будете координировать работу между аккаунтом, креативом и стратегией в клиентских командах и обеспечивать качественные результаты в срок.

Требуется не менее 5 лет опыта в агентстве, владение нидерландским и английским языками, готовность работать 32–40 часов в неделю и знание Teamleader и Slack; предлагаем гибридный формат, рост, команду и рыночную оплату.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of agency-side experience in a project management or producer role.
• Affinity with campaigns, content creation and digital branding.
• Strong organisational skills and responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Availability of 32–40 hours per week.
• Knowledge of Teamleader and Slack is a plus.

As Senior Project Manager at ACE, you are the driving force behind delivering campaigns and projects from start to finish.

You are responsible for managing several projects simultaneously. From the initial briefing to launch, you keep an overview and ensure everything runs smoothly. You work closely with account, creative and strategy in client teams to deliver high-quality deliverables on time. You are the connecting link between the different disciplines. You proactively keep clients informed about timelines, status updates and output. You communicate clearly, contribute ideas and prevent surprises. You steer projects on their content and recognise opportunities for creative optimisation. You think not only about process, but also about impact. You move effortlessly between daily operations, internal coordination and external partners. You keep things moving without losing sight of the bigger picture.
