Job summary

Promentum Consulting B.V. is seeking a Project Manager to successfully manage ERP, WMS and B2B portal implementations for client projects in the Netherlands.

You will collaborate with consultants, developers and clients to deliver projects within scope, time and budget. The role requires at least 3 years of project management experience in enterprise software, familiarity with ERP systems (Uniconta or Microsoft Dynamics preferred), and strong Dutch and English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a project manager in enterprise software implementations.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Uniconta or Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• Excellent command of Dutch and English.
• Experience with project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Scrum or Kanban is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Planning, coordinating and monitoring ERP, WMS and B2B portal projects.
• Function as the first point of contact for customers during implementation.
• Managing expectations and stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
• Identify risks and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with consultants and developers to achieve optimal solutions.
• Ensure efficient handover to support and post-implementation follow-up.

What will you do?
