Job summary

Linkedtalent zoekt een Project Manager die verantwoordelijk is voor meerdere technische projecten in de internationale superyachtindustrie. Je bewaakt planning, budget en kwaliteit, stuurt teams aan en onderhoudt contact met klanten en leveranciers.

Je analyseert risico’s, beheert contracten en zorgt voor kennisdeling en tijdige oplevering. We bieden ruimte voor initiatief en ontwikkeling binnen een technologische organisatie.

Qualifications

• HBO werk- en denkniveau, technisch georiënteerd.
• Ervaring als Project Manager binnen een technische omgeving.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlandse en Engelse taal.

Responsibilities

• Beheer van projecten van start tot finish, inclusief planning, budget en kwaliteit.
• Leiding geven aan projectteams en contacten met klanten, leveranciers en collega’s.
• Beheren van contractuele afspraken, risicomanagement en deadlines.
• Zorg voor overdracht van kennis en lessen naar toekomstige projecten.

What are you going to do?

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for one or more projects from start to finish. You monitor the schedule, budget, and quality, and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You manage project teams, maintain contact with clients, suppliers, and colleagues, and ensure everyone knows exactly where they stand. If something changes within the project, you react quickly and keep a grip on the process. In addition, you focus on contractual agreements, risk management, and monitoring deadlines. You know how to connect people, get the best out of your team, and ensure that knowledge and lessons learned are effectively carried over to future projects. Together, you work on high-quality technical systems and products for the international superyacht industry.
