Job summary

Keysight is seeking a Project Manager to lead high-impact security evaluation projects for international customers. You will own projects from conception to completion, manage risks, and collaborate with a diverse set of engineers and commercial teams.

You will mentor security analysts, drive process improvements, and ensure delivery within time and budget constraints while maintaining top-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in project management in service-oriented businesses.
• Experience leading projects with academic engineers is preferred.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high‑impact technical projects for our most valued international customers, taking full ownership from conception to successful completion.
• Responsible for delivery of security evaluation projects within time and budget and at the required quality level; in some cases managing some (limited amount) of projects.
• Prepare project status reports and conduct meetings on progress, risks, issues, and recommended solutions.
• Manage project risk.
• Foster strong customer partnerships through proactive communication and regular engagement throughout project execution.
• Development and review of project proposals in collaboration with the commercial team.
• In collaboration with other project managers, handle the planning of resources of the theme.
• Collect and implement lessons learnt.
• Mentor and guide security analyst teams to deliver exceptional results, ensuring all security evaluation tasks are completed on schedule and to the highest standards.
• Successfully resolve complex escalations, ensuring win‑win outcomes that strengthen relationships with both our customers and the organization.
• Timely management of administrative tasks related to project execution.

Qualifications

• 3‑5 years experience in project management roles in service‑oriented businesses.
• Experience in leading projects with a team of academic engineers.
• Experience in Cybersecurity is a plus.
• Experience in the payments industry or certification projects a plus.
• You collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
• You demonstrate strong ownership, take initiative, and naturally assume leadership responsibilities.
• You excel at managing complex workloads, maintaining organization across multiple concurrent projects, and thriving in dynamic environments.
