Job summary

UL Solutions in Arnhem is seeking a Project Engineer focused on evaluation and certification of PLCs, industrial control systems, and drive technologies used in modern manufacturing and energy facilities.

You will work with engineering teams, perform testing, manage projects and interact with customers to ensure compliance with IEC/EN standards for global markets.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating and certifying PLCs and industrial control systems.
• Knowledge of IEC/EN 61010 and IEC/EN 61800 standards is advantageous.
• Ability to manage projects and liaise with customers and suppliers.

These products form the backbone of Industry 4.0, enabling automation, machine safety, connectivity and operational efficiency across factories and industrial facilities worldwide.

Working directly with leading global manufacturers, you'll combine engineering, testing, project management and customer interaction to help certify products against internationally recognised standards such as IEC/EN 61010 and IEC/EN 61800, ensuring they meet the requirements for global markets.
