Job summary

Energie Beheer Nederland BV, in partnership with Gasunie, seeks a Project Director for the Aramis CCS project in Rotterdam. You will lead the venture’s development through FID readiness, coordinating across Gasunie, EBN and value‑chain partners to build a capable project organization and ensure disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• Has 15+ years of relevant industry experience in large infrastructure or energy projects.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in JV or multi‑partner environments.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects with governance and risk controls.
• Strong stakeholder management across shareholders, partners and public interfaces.
• Experience with venture creation, operational readiness and transition to operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Aramis scope safely, on schedule and within budget, including permits, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and startup.
• Lead the JV organisation and leadership team with a focus on disciplined delivery and readiness for FID and RFO.
• Ensure governance, decision making and escalation to SteerCo and Board when required.
• Communicate progress, risks, decisions and dependencies to stakeholders and partners.
• Build strong relationships across critical interfaces to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Oversee organizational development for execution, including contracting, controls and governance.
