Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking a Project Coordinator EMEA based in Boxmeer, The Netherlands. You will act as the central point of contact across regions to ensure timely delivery of machines and production lines.

You will coordinate installations, liaise with Sales, Service, Technology, Planning and Production, and manage project plans and budgets. Fluency in Dutch and English, with a HTS/Bachelor in mechanical engineering and 2–5 years’ experience, is required.

• 2–5 years of experience in a project-based or coordination role.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate installations of sold projects at customers worldwide.
• Serve as key intermediary between customers and internal departments (Sales, Service, Technology, Planning, Production).
• Create, coordinate and monitor project plans, including installation budgets.
• Monitor financial settlements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as main contact for installation technicians regarding planning and deviations (Boxmeer).
• Ensure accurate project reporting by installation technicians.
• Oversee the full project process from quotation through installation, commissioning, training and handover.
• Organize and coordinate required parts and tools for project execution.
• Support and guide Project Coordinators from other regions through partnership.
• Ensure smooth transfer of the project to Service after completion.

The role

As Project Coordinator EMEA, you are part of a country team within our Sales organization. You work closely with fellow Sales Project Coordinators, Sales Engineers, Sales Project Managers, Industry Sales Managers, Planners and administrative support.

You are responsible for the timely and successful delivery of machines and production lines to customers worldwide, in line with agreed specifications, quality standards and conditions.

You truly are the spider in the web, coordinating people, processes and information across departments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Organize and coordinate successful installations of sold projects at customers worldwide.
• Act as the key intermediary between customers and internal departments such as Sales, Service, Technology, Planning and Production.
• Create, coordinate and monitor project plans, including installation budgets.
• Monitor the financial settlement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the main point of contact for installation technicians regarding planning, questions and deviations (from Boxmeer).
• Ensure accurate project reporting by installation technicians.
• Oversee the full project process: from quotation phase through installation, commissioning, training and handover to customers.
• Organize and coordinate required parts and tools for project execution.
• Support and guide Project Coordinators from other regions through partnership.
• Ensure a smooth and complete transfer of the project to the Service department after completion.

About You

• You have an HTS / Bachelor-level education, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• You bring 2–5 years of experience in a project-based or coordination role.
• You have strong organizational skills and remain calm under pressure.
• You maintain oversight across multiple projects and processes.
• You are inquisitive, determined and solution-oriented.
• You take initiative and think one step ahead within projects.
• You are proactive, driven and focused on achieving results.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
