RED is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a global PLM transformation for the Netherlands-based deployment. The contract role focuses on preparing multiple business units for deployment, driving fit-gap activities and coordinating data readiness, while managing risks and dependencies.

The role requires strong program/deployment management experience within FMCG or manufacturing, multi-country transformation exposure, and excellent stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Strong Program/Deployment Management experience.
• Experience within PLM programmes.
• Experience within FMCG, Consumer Goods or Manufacturing.
• Understanding of R&D/RI, Quality, Manufacturing and Product processes.
• Experience with large-scale, multi-country transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder, governance, risk and issue management skills.
• Exposure to data readiness, change management and deployment planning.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• SAP/S4HANA transformation experience is highly advantageous.

Program Manager - PLM-Contract role-Netherlands

RED is currently looking for an experienced Program Manager / Deployment Lead to support a large-scale global PLM transformation and deployment programme within an international FMCG environment.

The role will focus on preparing multiple business units for deployment, driving fit-gap activities, coordinating data and change readiness, and ensuring risks, dependencies and business requirements are effectively managed.

This project starts from January 2027, duration is 1 year but it's an initial 6-month contract, rolling/extendable, also its hybrid role with 2 days per week in office (Central Netherlands).

Key Responsibilities
