STICHD is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional projects focused on strategic business transformation. You will define execution plans, manage budgets, and coordinate stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes within scope and timeframes.
The role requires 8+ years in program management, strong knowledge of PM methods (PRINCE2/IPMA/AGILE), and a proven ability to translate strategy into actionable plans. Den Bosch base with hybrid working options.
The Job Transition is the magic word at STICHD these days. We are in an exciting phase as a company, and our Program Management team plays an important role in ensuring we bring strategy and execution together from a project point of view.
As a Program manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution and closing of projects according to scope, deadlines and budget. You ensure alignment between different projects, cross-functional project team members and other stakeholders to drive business success. Your main responsibility will be to deliver measurable project results, managing implementation milestones and due dates, and creating awareness of dependencies and risks. You keep the bigger picture in mind while making sure plans are translated into action. The Program Manager we are looking for will focus on strategic projects where business transformation is the main objective. Their interests and expertise should therefore align with this focus. These transformations are heavily dependent on and supported by changes in our core enterprise systems, such as PLM, ERP (SAP S/4HANA), WMS and/or the integration of these systems.
For the coming two years, the focus of the person in this role will be on managing multiple connected projects to gradually replace our warehouse management system. The program’s roadmap has been defined, and implementation is already partly underway: a perfect moment for you to step in and own it. You will be required to bring with you experience in managing complex projects with similar technical and organizational impact.
This role is based in Den Bosch, the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible. To apply for this role, you must already have the legal right to work in the Netherlands. We will not apply for work or residence permits.
We like to think of ourselves as a family of experts. Ok, we know what you’re thinking: at over 700 members, that’s a pretty big family. But what we really mean is that, whatever our skills or our story, whatever the task or the time pressure, we’re in it together. Pushing each other, backing each other and believing in each other, always. We’re one STICHD. And that matters, because this one company does a lot. We partner with some of the world’s most iconic brands to create products that people love. From socks and underwear to swim and fanwear. From PUMA and Levi’s to Formula 1 and Manchester City. From design and logistics to retail and events. From our HQ in the Netherlands to sales offices and logistics centres all over the world. Like we said: a lot.
Because at STICHD, you get the best of both worlds. The buzz and exposure of working on a global scale with the world’s biggest brands. The freedom and flexibility to find your own passion and follow your own path. But most of all, because we care. We really care.
About our brands and products. About each package and every fan’s experience. About one another. We have some amazing people at STICHD. People with different backgrounds and skillsets, perspectives and personalities. Global leaders in their field who always stay curious, grounded and never stop learning.
