Job summary

CowManager is seeking a Product Manager for App & Web to improve our digital tools used by dairy farmers worldwide. You’ll shape product direction, validate ideas with users, and partner with design, development, data, support, and commercial teams to deliver value.

Based at our Harmelen headquarters, you’ll drive discovery and delivery from idea to impact, balancing customer needs with business goals, while growing with a fast-growing agriculture tech company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent level).
• Experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Designer in a digital environment.
• Experience with app and/or web products.
• Understand modern product management, discovery and validation.
• Strong in customer research and stakeholder management.
• Translate insights into clear product decisions.
• Clear communication with different stakeholders.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Affinity with the agricultural sector is a plus.

As Product Manager App & Web at CowManager, you play a key role in improving our digital products for dairy farmers worldwide. Our app and web environment are central to our product: this is where all data from our sensor technology comes together and where insights become actionable in daily farm operations.

In this role, you are not just managing a backlog, but acting as a strategic product partner. You work closely with customers and colleagues to understand real user needs, define clear product direction, and ensure we build solutions that truly add value. You balance customer impact, business goals, and product opportunities, and translate these into concrete improvements.

You will be based at our headquarters in Harmelen, working closely with teams across the organization.

What will you do?

• You research, understand, and validate customer needs within our app and web environment

Who are you?

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent level)
• You have experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Designer in a digital environment
• You have experience with app and/or web products
• You understand modern product management and how to apply discovery and validation
• You are strong in customer research and stakeholder management
• You can translate insights into clear product decisions
• You communicate clearly and work well with different stakeholders
• You are fluent in Dutch and English
• Affinity with the agricultural sector is a plus
