Job summary

Olympia zoekt een Productiemedewerker voor de bottelarij van Brewery Bavaria in Lieshout. Je zult werken in een 3-ploegen systeem, waar je verantwoordelijk bent voor verschillende productietaken zoals het oplossen van storingen, onderhoud en kwaliteitscontroles. Ervaring in productie is gewenst, maar leergierige kandidaten zijn ook welkom. Je ontvangt een aantrekkelijk bruto uurloon van €16,64 en je komt in een team waar zowel Nederlands als Engels gesproken wordt.

Qualifications

Fulltime beschikbaar in 3 ploegen.

Job description

We are looking for a Productiemedewerker, who want to work Fulltime. The company is easily accessible from Veghel, Eindhoven, Helmond, Veldhoven and Uden.

Wat ga je doen?

For our client Brewery Bavaria, we are looking for motivated machine operators who are ready to work in a 3-shift system. Do you already have experience in production or logistics and want to take the next step in your career? Or are you completely new but eager to learn a skilled trade? In both cases, we’d love to meet you!

As a machine operator in Bavaria’s bottling plant, every shift begins with a short team meeting where you and your colleagues discuss the latest updates: ongoing orders, open tasks, and any technical issues. After that, you head to your workstation for a dynamic and varied workday.

Tasks

Troubleshooting and solving malfunctions
Rebuilding machines together with colleagues
Performing maintenance work
Refilling cardboard and plastic supplies
Carrying out quality checks
Keeping your workplace clean and safe

New to the job? No problem! You’ll receive thorough training from your team leader and experienced instructors. Most roles have a 4-week onboarding program to get you fully up to speed with the bottling plant and its machinery.

Shift schedule in the bottling plant

Early shift: 06:00 – 14:00
Late shift: 14:00 – 22:00
Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00

After the tour

You will follow the Flowsparks e-learning course after the tour, once both parties are satisfied. During this tour (approximately 1 hour), you will gain a better understanding of the company and its activities.

If the tour goes well, you will complete the e-learning courses. These take approximately 3 hours in total. Please note that you will need to schedule approximately half a day (4 hours) for the tour and e-learning courses on this day.

The e-learning course covers topics such as company rules, problem solving, and professional training.

Waar ga je werken?

Royal Swinkels is a large family business that brews multiple brands of beer. They have been doing this for more than 300 years with enormous pleasure and success. The Bavaria Brewery's bottling plant consists of a large, ultramodern machine park that bottles approximately 95,000 cans and/or bottles per hour.

You will join a nice team consisting of different nationalities so that both Dutch and English is spoken.

The Bottling Plant is located in Lieshout, a small village within easy reach by car from Eindhoven, Helmond, Veghel and Uden.

Wat mag je verwachten?

You start with an attractive gross hourly wage of €16.64, including the ADV allowance. After 26 weeks of work, your salary will increase, so your efforts are rewarded over time.
Travel costs are reimbursed, up to a maximum of 50 kilometers one way, making your commute more affordable.
When you work in the evening, night, or early morning hours (between 18:00 and 06:00), you will receive a shift bonus of 150%, giving your paycheck a nice boost.
On top of your salary, you also accrue 8% holiday allowance, so you can enjoy a well‑earned vacation.
You’ll receive comfortable and practical Bavaria work clothing, so you’re always well equipped on the job.
And finally, your salary is paid out every week via Olympia, so you never have to wait long for your earnings.
