Job summary

Uitzendbureau zoekt een Productiemedewerker Plus in Tilburg. Je werkt met moderne machines en zorgt samen met je team voor een hoogwaardig eindproduct. In deze functie heb je gevarieerde taken, zoals het plaatsen van materialen in machines, kwaliteitscontrole en verpakken van producten. Je werkt 38 uur per week in een twee‑ploegen systeem, zonder nachtdiensten. Het bedrijf is familievriendelijk en biedt een informele werksfeer met volop doorgroeimogelijkheden.

As a Production Worker Plus, you work with modern machines in a growing team. You turn printed materials into a strong final product and have a varied role in your daily work. As a Production Worker Plus, you will join a fresh and growing team of machine operators, print operators and technical staff. The print operators print the base material. You and your colleagues make sure this material is turned into a strong final product. Together, you keep the machines running and the planning on track. No two days are the same. You work with modern machines, keep a close eye on quality and see the results of your work right away. The working atmosphere is relaxed, with a strong focus on teamwork and trust.

Your tasks

• Placing semi-finished materials into the machines
• Setting up and adjusting machines to shape the product
• Checking quality and performing tests
• Packing finished products
• Working with colleagues to keep the machines running smoothly

You work 38 hours per week in a two‑shift schedule (morning and afternoon/evening). There are no night or weekend shifts, which gives you a good work‑life balance.
