Job summary

Manpower is hiring a Production Worker in Son to help produce custom-made wooden crates and industrial packaging from technical drawings. You will work with hand and power tools, assemble wooden components, and build packaging constructions while ensuring quality checks throughout the production process.

The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with a gross hourly wage of €15.42, travel allowance, pension accrual, and a potential direct contract with the client after probation.

For a client specialized in custom-made packaging solutions, we are looking for a motivated employee who wants to help produce wooden crates and industrial packaging. Experience is less important than technical insight and the motivation to learn the trade. In return, you will receive a gross hourly wage of €15.42, travel allowance, pension accrual, and the opportunity to be hired directly by the client.

As a Production Worker, your tasks will include

• Producing custom-made wooden crates and industrial packaging
• Working from technical drawings and work instructions
• Processing and assembling wooden components using hand tools and power tools

• Maintaining a safe and tidy workplace

What’s in it for you

• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre (reimbursed from 6 kilometres up to a maximum of 40 kilometres one way)
• Full-time position of 40 hours per week

You will be working for an organization in Son that specializes in custom-made packaging solutions for transport and logistics. Working hours

You will work between 7:45 and 16:45.
