Carriere in Bergschenhoek zoekt een Productiemedewerker voor de productie van noten en snacks. U werkt met moderne machines, hebt een actieve rol in het productieproces en ondersteunt waar nodig andere afdelingen. Er is een 3‑ploegendienst van maandag tot vrijdag met af en toe zaterdag.

Uw taken omvatten het opzetten en bedienen van machines, het mengen en coaten van noten en snacks en het waarborgen van productkwaliteit. Ervaring in productie is gewenst en flexibiliteit is vereist.

Help produce delicious nuts and snacks as a Production Worker in Bergschenhoek! You will work with modern machinery, motivated colleagues and be involved in the entire production process. Over de functie

As a Production Worker, you will be involved in the production process of various nuts and snacks. You will start with hands‑on tasks on the production line and may also work in other areas of production, such as mixing and dragée coating. This means you will be involved in the entire production process! Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that production runs smoothly and that all products meet the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Carrying out production tasks on the production line;
• Setting up, operating and monitoring machinery;
• Mixing and coating various nuts and snacks;
• Monitoring product quality and identifying any irregularities;
• Keeping machinery clean and maintaining a tidy working environment;
• Assisting in different departments whenever needed.

You will work full‑time in a 3‑shift system, from Monday to Friday and occasionally on Saturdays. Of course, you will receive additional shift allowances for this! The working hours are as follows:

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:45
• Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:45
• Night shift: 22:00 – 06:45

Wat wij vragen

• Your own accommodation in the Netherlands (accommodation is not provided for this position);
• Your own transport. If you do not have your own transport, we are happy to explore possible solutions with you;
• At least 1 year of experience in production, preferably as an Operator in the food industry;
• Good command of Dutch or English;
• You are accurate, quick to adapt and motivated;
• You are flexible and available to work in a 3‑shift system, including occasional Saturdays.

Of course, these requirements are important for the Production Worker position, but we are especially interested in getting to know you.

Wat wij bieden

• A salary between €14.99 and €18.88 per hour, including shift allowances;
• 8% holiday allowance;

• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre, up to a maximum of 40 km one way;
