Job summary

Lempers Select is seeking a Production Worker for its site in Elsloo. You will join a small team in an industrial laundry that cleans textiles for the healthcare sector. The role involves assisting with sorting, packing, supplying materials to machines, and supporting the laundry process on a rotating daytime schedule.

Work is Monday to Friday with shifts 06:00–14:45 or 11:15–20:00; weekend time is off. Starting immediately is possible.

Qualifications

• No prior production experience required.

• Able to communicate in English and/or Dutch at a basic level.
• Work in an industrial laundry environment.

Want to start working quickly, earn €2,600 gross per month, receive a €150 net starter bonus and have every weekend off? For our client in Elsloo, we are looking for motivated Production Workers. No previous production experience is required. If your interview and trial day go well, you could even start the next day.

As a Production Worker, you will work in an industrial laundry where textiles for the healthcare sector are professionally cleaned and processed.

Together with a team of approximately 5 to 10 colleagues, you will help keep the production process running smoothly. Depending on the department, your work may include:

• Sorting and packing textiles.
• Supplying textiles or materials to machines.
• Supporting automated laundry processes.
• Checking and processing clean textiles.
• Performing other production tasks where needed.

The work is active and can be repetitive. Over time, you can learn different parts of the production process and rotate between departments. If a certain department suits you well, you may also continue working there for a longer period.

You will work from Monday to Friday according to a rotating daytime schedule:

• Week 1: 06:00–14:45.
• Week 2: 11:15–20:00.

For hours worked between 19:00 and 20:00, you receive 22.48% extra pay.

• €2,600 gross salary per month.
• 22.48% extra pay between 19:00 and 20:00.
• Full-time work from Monday to Friday, so you have every weekend off.
