Job summary

Manpower Nederland is recruiting a hands-on production worker for AkzoNobel in Ammerzoden. You will operate modern production machines, check raw materials, follow SOPs, and help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workplace while contributing to quality and output.

The role offers an hourly gross salary of €15–€16, a travel allowance, a 13th month bonus, pension accrual, 44 vacation days, and a path to a permanent contract at AkzoNobel.

Qualifications

• Minimum mbo-level working and thinking ability.
• Interest in technology and production processes.
• Good physical condition (standing and walking most of the day).
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Some experience as a production worker, warehouse employee, production operator, machine operator, machine handler, or operator.
• Good command of the Dutch language, due to understanding (safety) instructions.

Responsibilities

Working hours

You will work in a two-shift schedule from Monday to Friday, according to the following schedule:

Early shift

07:30-16:00

• Coffee break: 09:30-09:45 (15 mins)
• Lunch: 11:30-12:00 (30 mins)
• Coffee break: 14:00-14:15 (15 mins)

Late shift

15:30-00:00

• Dinner break: 17:30-18:00 (30 mins)
• Coffee break: 20:00-20:15 (15 mins)
• Coffee break: 22:00-22:15 (15 mins)
