Job description

As a Production Worker at Aalberts, you will work together with your colleagues to keep the production process running smoothly and ensure that products meet the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating machines and performing quality checks;
• Assembling and fitting metal components;
• Inspecting and packaging finished products;
• Following safety instructions and quality standards;
• Working closely with your colleagues to achieve production targets.

You will learn the tasks step by step, with support from experienced colleagues.

You will work in a three-shift rotation:

• Morning shift: 06:00–15:00 (Friday: 06:00–12:00)
• Afternoon shift: 15:00–00:00 (Friday: 15:00–00:00)
• Night shift: 00:00–06:00

You are someone who enjoys practical work, is eager to learn and takes responsibility for doing a good job. We ask that you:

• Have an interest in production, technology or metalworking;
• Work accurately and are willing to get hands-on;
• Are motivated to learn new tasks and develop your skills;
• Can work independently as well as in a team;
• Are willing to work in a three-shift system;
• Have your own transport to the workplace in Almere.

No previous production experience is required! Your motivation, commitment and willingness to learn are what matter most.
