Job summary

Matchflow in Horst zoekt een Food Production Worker om mee te draaien in de verwerking en verpakking van verse voedingsmiddelen. Je werkt in een moderne, temperatuurgecontroleerde omgeving en draagt bij aan kwaliteit en efficiëntie op de lijn.

Je voert sorteer- en verpakkingstaken uit, bewaakt productkwaliteit en denkt mee aan procesverbeteringen, onder leiding van een ervaren team. Er zijn vroege en late shifts met mogelijk overwerk en uitzicht op een vast contract.

Qualifications

• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden vereist.
• Engels beheersing is verplicht; Nederlands of Pools is een plus.

Responsibilities

• Sorteren, verwerken en verpakken van voedingsproducten volgens vaste richtlijnen.
• Samen met het team zorgen voor een vlotte, hygiënische productie en kwaliteitsbewaking.
• Compacte ploegendiensten en mogelijk overwerk tijdens piekperiodes.

As a Food Production Worker in Horst, you will work at an international family-owned company specializing in the processing and packaging of fresh food products. From a modern and temperature-controlled working environment in Horst, the team works daily on quality, efficiency, and collaboration.

Wat ga je doen als Production Worker

As a Food Production Worker in Horst, you will work in a dynamic production environment where you are responsible for sorting, processing, and packaging food products according to set guidelines. Together with your colleagues on the production line, you ensure a smooth, efficient, and hygienic production process. You monitor product quality, identify any deviations, and actively contribute to optimizing the process.

You will work in rotating shifts: an early shift from Monday to Saturday, starting at 6:00 AM and typically finishing at 2:00 PM, with possible extension until 3:30 PM. In addition, there is a (late) day shift from Monday to Friday, starting at 12:00 PM and continuing until production is completed. During busier periods, the start time may shift to 2:00 PM.

• Good communication skills and you speak English (Dutch or Polish is a plus);
• You are stress-resistant, enjoy working in a team, and can switch tasks quickly;
• You have no objection to working in a refrigerated environment;
• You are willing to work overtime during peak season;
• You are flexible with working hours (including working every other Saturday).
