About Our Client

Our client is a leading global producer in the food industry, operating one of the Netherlands’ key packaging facilities. From this site in Leerdam, they export high-quality cheese products worldwide. The factory runs 24/5 and processes approximately 120 tons of cheese weekly.

About the Role

As Production Team Leader, you will oversee a packaging shift of 25–30 team members. You’ll be the first point of contact on the floor, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the packaging process. You’ll lead your team to meet operational goals aligned with the site’s strategic objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
