Job summary

Uitzendbureau in Hoevelaken zoekt een Production Planner die productie op schema houdt en continu procesverbeteringen doorvoert. Je schakelt tussen operationele taken en verbeterprojecten om de efficiëntie te verhogen.

De kandidaat heeft 1–5 jaar ervaring in productie/operaties, sterke Excel-vaardigheden (gevorderde formules, draaitabellen; VBA is een plus) en ervaring met ERP-systemen zoals Exact Globe of e-Synergy. Communicatie en Initiative zijn essentieel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
1–5 years experience in manufacturing, production, or operations environment.
Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and pivot tables; VBA is a plus.
Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Exact Globe or e-Synergy is a plus.
Familiar with Lean, process improvement methodologies, and root cause analysis.
Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive; good communication across departments.

Responsibilities

Analyze production and processes to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
Lead and implement process improvement initiatives.
Support automation and digitalization projects to boost efficiency.
Create and manage weekly production planning based on demand.
Prepare production orders, routings, and logistics labels.
Coordinate material availability and monitor production flow.
Manage shipment and receipt of production orders and goods.
Maintain accurate production documentation and ERP data.
Monitor KPIs like delivery performance, output, lead times, and efficiency.
